Business Cancellations: If a business needs to cancel an appointment or reservation, users will be notified promptly via email or app notification, with an option to reschedule or cancel without penalty.

Cancellation Policy

No-Shows: If a user fails to show up for a confirmed booking, they may incur a no-show fee, depending on the business's policy. Repeated no-shows may lead to a temporary suspension of booking privileges.
